60-day Fit or Feel guarantee
Wear Restride for up to 60 days from delivery. If you're not happy with how it fits or feels, tell us and we'll refund your order in full. You don't need to send the sleeves back.
Free first size swap
Wrong size? Your first size swap is free. Tell us your order number and the size you need, and we'll ship the new size at no cost. You don't need to return the original pair.
How to request a refund or swap
- Reply to your order confirmation email, or use our contact page, with your order number.
- Tell us whether you'd like a refund or a different size.
- We'll reply within 2 business days and take care of it.
Refund timing
Refunds go back to your original payment method. They usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Shipping charges are refunded along with your order.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or refund you, your choice, at no cost to you.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order at no charge before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll take care of it.
